Overview

Formulated with natural magnesium chloride and plant based butters & oils. Simply rub it into belly or legs approximately 15 minutes before bed time.

With 100mg magnesium per teaspoon, Good Night Lotion promotes restful sleep, normal sleep cycles, supports detox pathways, aids in aches & pains such as those from pregnancy/pospartum, restless leg syndrome, muscle soreness, cramps, etc. It can determine absorption and use of other nutrients in the body, too, like vitamin D.

Supplement Facts:
100 mg of magnesium per 1 tsp of lotion.

Apply a pea-sized amount to legs or belly 10 – 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.

Use within 1 year. Safe for all ages. Safe while pregnant or breastfeeding. Using too much may cause temporary diarrhea, but will not cause any long-term or serious issues. If you notice loose stools, use less. Good Night Lotion Unscented is recommended for pregnant women or infants under 6 months.

It is safe to use more depending on your needs, and to apply at other times of day. Apply to the affected area for sore muscles or occasional headache.
