This organic herbal blend is used to make an herbal tea that can be used a few different ways for perineal healing.

• What is a sitz bath?
A sitz bath is classically known as an herbal brew that is prepared and added to a warm shallow bath to soak and aid in the healing of your perineum and entire pelvic floor. It's a very effective way to heal injured, torn or inflamed tissue. It increases blood circulation, repairs tissue trauma, reduces inflammation, and soothes itching associated with healing and stitches.

• Classic sitz bath- add herbal tea to a warm shallow bath- sit and soak bottom for 10-40 minutes for perineal healing and even healing relief for things like hip injury
• Warm healing herbal perineal packs (distribute herbal tea onto maternity pads. Cold or frozen application not recommended
• Peri bottle / Spray bottle cleansing spray - for after bathroom use to aid in cleansing, healing and comfort postpartum
• Dip cloth in herbal tea to use as a healing compress- apply to things like minor scabs/cuts/burns, sore muscles, achy joints
